\nAn innocent dog was resting
\nIn a kennel all was still
\nUntil the vulnerability
\nWas broken by some boys
\nWho took it upon themselves
\nTo make one hell of a noise
\nTorturing these old dogs
\nDoing no one any harm
\nResting on their laurels
\nEverywhere was calm<\/p>\n
A senior dog and another friend
\nWe\u2019re clearly attacked for they
\nBeaten up and then taking turns
\nTo steal their life away
\nHammering nails in to the head
\nOf the dog in question who
\nWas beaten until he
\nCould take no more brutal and raw
\nTheir vulnerability<\/p>\n
Now out in the open
\nA perilous attack
\nUnsound minds
\nDelusional
\nDeranged too
\nall the signs
\nOf a total lack of compassion
\nImagine it will you
\nFeeling their monstrous presence
\nBearing down
\nWhat those freaks do<\/p>\n
To please themselves
\nThat brand new day
\nUnhinged and frenetic they
\nThought up evil reasons
\nTo beat them up that day
\nTo listen to the mutterings
\nHear the pitiful cries
\nAnd threaten them again and again
\nSo let us now surmise<\/p>\n
Innocent canines lying There
\nAngels in the midst
\nOf ugly and perverted creeps
\nWho just would not desist
\nThey laughed and joked as agony
\nWas emitted frighteningly
\nBy the neXt day they were euthanised
\nDead regrettably<\/p>\n
1000 hours of footage
\n22 witnesses spoke
\n3 adults for witness threats
\nIn blood and guts they choke
\nThey were in their sanctuary
\nNot minding hair or fur
\nDormant as the day
\nwas long
\nTill the outrage did occur<\/p>\n
ReFlections on youth violence
\nHas spread nationwide
\nIt was an act of barbarism
\nThere was no place to hide
\nImagine these old dogsJust lying soaking up the pain
\nDeranged criminals beating them

Let\u2019s hope a prison sentence
\nFor their violence they must pay
\nAs for their parents they ought to be
\nCharged as well
