Out on the hills of Snowdonia<\/p>\n
windswept and \u00a0wild eating where<\/p>\n
all sorts of wonderful herbage and fruits<\/p>\n
are growing with so much to spare<\/p>\n
we stay in small groups always searching<\/p>\n
for all sorts of food that\u2019s around<\/p>\n
high up and low down, at the side of the roads<\/p>\n
thats where we want to be found<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
under the oaks peppered with acorns<\/p>\n
bilberries low on the ground<\/p>\n
grasses for chewing<\/p>\n
it\u2019s what we are doing<\/p>\n
where all sorts of herbs can be found<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
It\u2019s really great to be \u00a0chatting<\/p>\n
high on the slopes everyday<\/p>\n
catching the humans driving their vehicles<\/p>\n
many too \u00a0fast, \u00a0 it\u2019s their way<\/p>\n
some of them are very selfish<\/p>\n
with friends on the road often to<\/p>\n
being aware of the danger<\/p>\n
but honestly wondering who<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
we are out for our stints in all \u00a0weathers<\/p>\n
wintry, \u00a0bleak as \u00a0can be<\/p>\n
chilled out and feeling uncomfortable<\/p>\n
but I myself under a tree<\/p>\n
for shelter, despite \u00a0all that frost, handing fast<\/p>\n
we huddle together and feel<\/p>\n
better for really the company<\/p>\n
life on the mountains is real<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
and sometimes our times up<\/p>\n
and collected we be<\/p>\n
off to the market<\/p>\n
to the slaughterhouse, we<\/p>\n
shudder and shiver angry and sad<\/p>\n
knowing it\u2019s a one way ticket<\/p>\n
So bad<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Quiet a few trips to the farms<\/p>\n
and back out<\/p>\n
to the mountains<\/p>\n
apparently we<\/p>\n
have not lost our tails<\/p>\n
so nothing else fails<\/p>\n
Getting lost on the mountains<\/p>\n
we be<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
climbing up higher<\/p>\n
away from the herd<\/p>\n
secluded in so many ways it occurred<\/p>\n
that we two<\/p>\n
apparently don\u2019t have to die<\/p>\n
that\u2019s if we stay on the high ground<\/p>\n
closer to the sky.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
Inspired by some lambs that were transported recently by the big orange lorry<\/p>\n
to the slaughterhouse their bleating \u00a0were heard by<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
in Dongellau by the EURO SPA \u00a0shop<\/p>\n
