Up the tarmac road<\/p>\n
lower Precipice<\/p>\n
trail<\/p>\n
Gates to be opened<\/p>\n
.we mustn\u2019t fail<\/p>\n
Came upon a trail<\/p>\n
where the wild birds sail.<\/p>\n
Heather and oak trees<\/p>\n
Upwards we go<\/p>\n
looking out at the estuary far down below<\/p>\n
where the<\/p>\n
salmon and sea trout<\/p>\n
still in the flow<\/p>\n
go off to the sea<\/p>\n
with such glee and content<\/p>\n
in their bodily miracles<\/p>\n
It being meant<\/p>\n
the river, the mudflats in the face of a gale<\/p>\n
looking down at the estuary<\/p>\n
and the Irish Sea<\/p>\n
sharp eyes and tired brows<\/p>\n
its the best place to be<\/p>\n
fantastic silence<\/p>\n
looking out to the sea<\/p>\n
bilberries and \u00a0 heathers<\/p>\n
and \u00a0the odd tired oak tree<\/p>\n
a beautiful blue sky<\/p>\n
Up here carefree<\/p>\n
the Precipice Walk<\/p>\n
a marvellous descent<\/p>\n
so much to see<\/p>\n
I am beside myself<\/p>\n
the time I spent<\/p>\n
absorbing it all .<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
