North wales boasts the town of Bala
\nAn amazing lake we see
\nSurrounded by steep mountains
\nFeeding the river Dee
\nA glacial lake so beautiful
\nApparently we hear
\nA monster lives deep in its depths
\nCalled Teggie and it\u2019s clear
\nSeen in 1920 quite a while ago
\nBut seemingly prefers it\u2019s permanent snooze
\nDeep down below<\/p>\n
Llyn Tegid is the lake\u2019s name
\nA truly stunning place
\nWhere we see the Arenig Mountains
\nHeld in a soft embrace
\nFoxes badgers Otters
\nSquirrels are around
\nRed Kites often circling
\nAnd Buzzards too abound
\nA very rare Gastropod
\nKnown as the glutinous snail
\nWanders around the edges slowly
\nOn its unique trail.<\/p>\n

\nTree cover galore
\nIt truly is a place of beauty
\nAnd all of Natural Law
\nI think has been appropriated
