There was always a case to be answered
\nOf solid and tangible form
\nA David and Goliath scenario
\nA true disposition, or storm
\nOf protest and intricate dealings
\nNegligence on a grand scale
\nIt went back ten years, it was awful
\nOf the air source heat pump, that did fail<\/p>\n
Creating, a true confrontation
\nDiscordant remedies where
\nDavid took heed and went forward
\nBrushing off so much despair
\nClearly so many disagreements
\nInharmoniousness one could feel
\nLeading to a maladjustment
\nAnd antagonistic for real<\/p>\n
A corporate flexing its muscles
\nDavid, weaker by the day
\nDefective the unit and the installation
\nMaking the client just pay
\nClearly the unit inadequate
\nIn an embryo state one might say
\nInstalled very badly
\nAn inferior job
\nFrom day one she was then left to pay<\/p>\n
Very high energy prices
\nThe extra cost very real
\nLeft with half-measures
\nAnd very few pleasures
\nAn almost unending ordeal
\nThe council undoubtedly arrogant
\nEmbraced the government scheme
\nEmploying inadequate tradesman
\nAnd sadly a lack lustre team<\/p>\n
All consuming of heat and of water
\nNondescript artless and crude
\nLow temperature wintry shivers
\nImperfect and still to conclude
\nThe cadence and harshness and upset
\nThe lack of comfort one needs
\nIn retrospection it\u2019s obvious to us
\nWith such a large outlay it feeds
\nInto a true litigation
\nEnter Matthew Sheils and the team<\/p>\n
The case rumbled on for a long time
\nLogical processes reigned
\nWe needed the patience of Job for sometime
\nDissension and ignorance pained
\nTheir antics were surely absurd
\nImbecility lead to frustration
\nTheir fatuous notion expressed
\nSlow on the uptake all of the time
\nAt winning they all seemed possessed<\/p>\n
The time where Matthew took over our case
\nA leading light in a way
\nAn expectation of better things
\nCoherent and explicit I\u2019d say
\nIt has been a challenge
\nA long drawn out affair
\nFull of complexity and in that way rare<\/p>\n
We felt an unwillingness a form of protest
\nNon-cooperation a faint hearted ness
\nNegative attitudes grudging neglect
\nRecalcitrant attitudes
\nAs we dissect
\nEvery last inch of the unflinching load
\nWith steadfastness honestly we hit the road
\nDespite their obstinacy and pig-headed ways
\nFinally realising patience it pays.<\/p>\n
