\nWhen foxes in the wintry months
\nWill leave
\ntheir earths
\nTo forage
\nCrepuscularity
\nIt does achieve<\/p>\n
Bouts of
\nInactivity
\nAt other times
\nThe safer zones
\nall the reason why
\nThese so called HUNTS
\nDotted about kill foxes
\nBy and bye<\/p>\n
In Wintery times it\u2019s hard for all
\nThe wild souls happen by
\nCold nights perhaps thick snow around
\nIn their earths
\nthey lie
\nThey look for cover
\nDuring the day
\nDeveloping thicker fur
\nConserving their energy
\nAnd
\nMany will not stir <\/p>\n
Foxes are around us
\nGentle wily souls
\nExperienced Winter survivors
\nExpressing family roles
\nImagine being out there
\nIn the forest in the cold
\nLiving on one\u2019s wits
\nAnd remaining bold<\/p>\n
With teams of avid wreckers
\nConstantly on the prowl
\nPacks of hounds a ready
\nAs the wind does howl
\nReady to rip your throat out
\nTo spread the awful fear
\nIllegally they hunt you
\nChase and torture
\nYear on year<\/p>\n
I love the fox and his family
\nThey have lived around for years
\nFrosts and cold and icy winds
\nA time when the friendly Deers
\nAre out there sharing forage
\nHunkering down as well
\nHoping to find some supper
