Those Welsh Cows
\nSeen as voiceless
\nInarticulate but they
\nSpeak aloud with ever saddening eyes
\nIt seems to me<\/p>\n
Staring out of the dark shed
\nTheir starkness seemingly
\nSo languid and just so uninspired
\nLacking clarity<\/p>\n
What could they be thinking
\nMuddled and confused I guess
\nFor them just pure inanity
\nAnd bafflement and stress
\nThe wind was full on wintriness
\nPunishingly cold
\nHypothermic shivering
\nLooking as if they had rolled
\nIn mud and straw and who knows what
\nFatigued it felt to me
\nMartyrs of the bovine kind
