Seeing the lady
\nTearful with woe
\nClose to the sheep
\nOf course we all know
\nSlaughterhouse journeys
\nFrom farm to the camp
\nDeath in the offing
\nWith its familiar stamp<\/p>\n
Of so much uncertainty
\nFeeling alone a tearful human
\nSharing a groan
\nAll of the sheep know the outcome they fear
\nThe sunlight is leaving
\nAnd HELL now is near<\/p>\n
I cry with the lady
\nFeeling the pain
\nKnowing the evil
\nAll of the strain
\nThe eyes they do tell us
\nFrustrations and woe
\nSlaughter is imminent
\nTheir blood will flow<\/p>\n
The stench of death
\nThe farmers their friend
\nIn it for profit
\nThey only spend
\na pittance
\nTo add back some margin so they
\nCan buy yet more stock
\nFor that is the way<\/p>\n
Send them to slaughter
\nHealthy young souls
\nso little sunshine
\nThey had no goals
\nTo aim for just sadness and
\nDeath and the fear
\nThe end game is prevalent

Soon strung together
\nChopped through and gone
\nHalal the last words
\nNo longer upon
\nThe living world
\nA last farewell
\nCopious tears as we enter
