Rifles across their shoulders
\nBig men after all
\nAn elephant lies it\u2019s eyes closed
\nJust where the soul did fall
\nThey paid to bag this creature
\nTrophy hunters they
\nPart of an exciting package
\nWhich became their holiday<\/p>\n
Look at the elephant motionless
\nPeacefully it lies
\nShot down by the two of them
\nTwo just ordinary guys
\nLooking for excitement
\nThe avid need to kill
\nTo stalk and hope a tusker comes
\nOver the next hill<\/p>\n
Paying a fee to murder
\nA living creature who
\nWas put upon this earth
\nAnd gunned down by the two of you
\nOpportunistically speaking
\nRascality abroad
\nThis elephant had done no wrong

Personally I am thinking
\nA wild soul in its realm
\nLiving where it Indeed was placed
\nIt does overwhelm
\nMy heartfelt association
\nWith wild souls that abound

Out the bullet exploding
