Where is our thankfulness
\nOur gratitude
\nOur sense of obligation
\nSo many heartless
\nPaid up oafs
\nAn inflexible salvation
\nTorturing these wondrous souls
\nLoyal keepers of faith and strength
\nForgiving in so many ways
\nLong suffering at length<\/p>\n
Torture indiscriminate
\nUnmindful our desire
\nActually we are villains
\nTerrorists so dire
\nScoundrels in our white coats
\nRuffians even scum
\nMischief making blackguards
\nWhose action leaves me numb<\/p>\n
Answering to the corporates
\nTo their beck and call
\nYobbo\u2019s in their ivory towers
\nVulgarity and all
\nThey are a dark anathema
\nCasting aspersions they
\nRide upon the back of angels
\nIn a vile display<\/p>\n
Those beautiful dogs
\nAre challenged
\nThreatened every hour
\nHoled up in their rotten cages
\nTreated to the power
\nOf evil men and women
\nProfessional monsters who
\nDon\u2019t even know what mercy is
\nThey just haven\u2019t got a clue<\/p>\n
A wagging tail a sparkling eye
\nA beating heart affection high
\nDespite the hate despite the fear
\nThey seemingly are very clear
\nElevated by desire
\nNoble in their true attire
\nA sense of wonder in their soul
\nAllowing what is true control
\nOf course they yelp
\nAlone they cry
\nMany are tortured til they die
\nPeerless to the torturers hand
