My little cat
\nIs deaf to the world
\nTonight\u2019s thunderbolts flying
\nShe seemed to be hurled
\nInto my imaginary circuit beyond
\nHer tiny howl
\nA precious bond
\nShe scratched at my door
\nAnd above it all
\nThe crashing descending Diablos
\nDid call
\nHer tiny cry her luminous eyes
\nBurned in my soul
\nI could just realise
\nIn the lightening shafts
\nThat seemingly came
\nOut of the sky
\nIn one violent flame<\/p>\n
She super imposed on me
\nA violent thread
\nWith a ghostly cry
\nIt seem to pierce my head
\nI had not turned the light on
\nFeeling my way
\nLike a tortoise I vehemently saw this great day
\nobserving the garden
\nThe roof overhead
\nHearing the lashing raindrops
\nSeemingly led
\nInto the conservatory
\nWhere nervously
\nMy cat sat aghast
\nOn the table
\nAnd we
\nCommunicated
\nBoth eye to eye
\nShe let out a howl
\nI was forced to sigh
\nThe hail stones like bullets
\nThe wind snorting loud
