\nIt\u2019s not a voyage to paradise
\nIt\u2019s a painfully dark despair
\nTransferred from grassy villas
\nOr perhaps a greasy barn
\nAnd crammed into a prison hold
\nUpon a raging sea
\nRocked about and frightened
\nDisrespectfully<\/p>\n
Standing in one\u2019s foot print
\nNo fresh air at all
\nHot and stuffy
\nNoisy vile
\nFor freedom it feels more like trial
\nAn ugly uncomfortable undertow
\nYou become cargo down below<\/p>\n
Nobody cares you are on your own
\nPerhaps a herd load
\nYou have known
\nA lot better but now you
\nAre made to stand
\nThe journey through<\/p>\n
Remonstrating breathing pains
\nNothing to drink little to see
\nStanding fidgeting nothing gains
\nFrom lack of movement tragically
\nThe sights and sounds of awful fear
\nCollective shit from ear to ear
\nSuffering and ugly pain
\nNightmarish visions worked with strain<\/p>\n
Cries and belching
\nExcrement
\nNone of this is heaven sent
\nTorture guides the aching heart
\nVehemently from the start<\/p>\n
The worse for wear
\nIt\u2019s rapidly
\nObvious upon the sea
\nLousy air and dirty stalls
\nDiseased eyes the devil calls
\nOut to us on nightly sweats
\nIt\u2019s all added to the debts
\nWe pay as animals bound to be
\nSlaughtered just ingloriously<\/p>\n
Heaving this way heaving that
\nFeeling sick that\u2019s where we are at
\nBruised and buckled
\nBroken we
\nChafed and sore so violently
\nLeft to worry left to feel
\nSadness all this is for real<\/p>\n
We can hear our hearts
\nWe can feel the pain
\nWe sweat we are cold we are sick again
\nWorms and bugs a constant threat
\nThe stench of life
\nThey surly let<\/p>\n
Us suffer off to god knows where
\nLiving cargo such despair
\nThe unruly souls of farming men
\nWho get their profit
\nAnd wonder when<\/p>\n
Not how we are
\nNot how we feel
\nWe are spent
\nThey conceal
\nThe gross ugliness we\u2019ve become
\nThe pain and suffering
\nAll and some
\nBroken bones and death as well
\nOn the ship consigned to Hell<\/p>\n
Vomiting farting shitting pissing
\nAching violently just missing
\nAll the good things of fresh green grass
\nOf clover too
\nand our poor arses
\nSore as hell
\nand maggoty
\nFlies just everywhere we see
\nLive exports the anathema
\nThe hot dark violent
\nSearing scar
\nDeep in our bones we suffer so
\nNobody cares wherever we go
\nBound for the Middle East
\nThat is where
\nDeath and torture
\nNobody\u2019s aware
\nHow we suffer
\nHow we cry
\nSo much pain
\nNot knowing why<\/p>\n
Not caring even
\nThey have been paid
