Out in the sticks
\nOn a winters day
\nOn the ground a Dear bird lay
\nOne of those beautiful Red Kites who
\nCircle around as Red Kites do
\nExpressive Nature
\nOn the wing
\nWherever we go
\nWe hear them sing
\nRound and round
\nThey glide at pace
\nLooking for dinner
\nSuch amazing grace<\/p>\n
On the ground this darling lay
\nDead to the world
\nAnd so they say
\nTaking a closer inspection
\nAs to why
\nThis glorious bird fell from the sky
\nSome shady bastard
\nUsed Bendiocarb
\nLaid a bait
\nSo we hear
\nUgly humans wanton killings
\nSeemingly because the fear<\/p>\n
Their shooting prowess
\nTheir love of game
\nAnd so they are murdered
\nJust the same
\nPoisoned and left to rot away
\nHunters vile specimens
