\nFocused I can say
\nA caring sharing gentleman

Unassertive and unpushing
\nA warmth about him, he
\nWas thoughtful and supportive
\nWith an affability
\nConvivial puts one at ease
\nAnd happy just to be helping
\nYou could feel that

\nIn charge of important things
\nPossibly a leader
\nWaiting in the wings
\nAchievement orientated
\nA gentleness as well
\nSoft-spoken and considerate

He brought me some new walking sticks

\nAre very helpful with my gait

\nLess noisy better for my hands
