Funding going on in Universities
\none wonders why and who believes
\nits right
\nto use a large proportion to
\ndo animal experiments
\nnasty invasive surgery
\nthe sight
\nof little cats with contraptions
\nfitted to their skulls
\nmonitoring their brains
\nfor me just isn’t right
\nits just too far
\nis this programme from the corporates
\nto me and many others
\nit does mar
\nother work that might be
\nmore important
\nto me there’s nothing
\nas important as they are
\nthis socially called research must take into account
\nthe suffering that the animals
\nundergo
\nand this objective really
\nshould be paramount
\nor cries from all of us are bound to grow<\/p>\n
seeing cats with really dire
\ninstrumentation fitted
\nI really question it, and say
\nthis kind of work
\nshould not be done at Madison
\nfor me there is no reason
\nand no way
\nPeta has stepped up and is now calling
\nfor boycotts and for petitions
\nwhich make sense
\nthe work they clearly do
\nin the laboratories
\nare making and hearing, about it tense
\nI hope and would suggest that those
\nnow doing this would cease if not be
\nstopped immediately
\nclearly they are well out of their
\nfocus as everyone in their right
