On the way to Rollrights<\/p>\n
for solstice late at night<\/p>\n
we came upon diversions<\/p>\n
and saw in the moonlight<\/p>\n
A darling \u00a0little hedgehog<\/p>\n
Just crossing the street<\/p>\n
we stayed and watched her safe passage<\/p>\n
and it was such a treat<\/p>\n
the tiny spiny mammal<\/p>\n
Erinaceus Europaeus<\/p>\n
with it\u2019s tiny little tail<\/p>\n
shuffling and grunting<\/p>\n
on its forage trail<\/p>\n
zig zagging a little<\/p>\n
she probably could hear<\/p>\n
after slugs and snails to eat<\/p>\n
it was great to see her here.<\/p>\n
