\nare after you they know now
\neverywhere you go

\nthe roads now have more
\npot holes than the 3rd World
\nmany of them almost ankle deep
\nour tyres are getting hammered
\nnow because of them
\nand many now take “Prozac” just to sleep
\nCouncils employ cowboys
\ncheap jacks they bodge repairs and cost us

\nrepaired ashphalt placed on holes of water
\nof course a bit of frost and it does blow
\nour rates are just as high, despite recession
