A mug of mead
\nsome banter
\ncrisps
\nand it did lead
\nonto chewing
\nmulberries
\nand all this
\nat such speed<\/p>\n

warm, though outside
\nrainy
\nbut inside this haven, we
\ntalked and shared the music
\nclassic Fm
\nwild and free<\/p>\n

for we loved those sweet
\nvibrations
\nand in her eyes, I saw
\npools of wondrous beauty
\nas I’d never seen before<\/p>\n

the light straight
\noff the Mendips
\ncast shadows on her face
\nher bone structure
\nso classic
\nher artistry
\nand grace<\/p>\n

took me to new dimensions
\nI never thought were there
\nher eyelids all a shimmer
\nthe palette
\nthat’s her hair<\/p>\n

and in that unbelievable light
\namazing subtlety, beheld
\ngold and silver, red and yellow
\nin my heart
\nit welled<\/p>\n

up, I saw her quality
\nthe Goddess
\nshe shone through
\neach little look
\nof wonderment
\nsincere she was
\nand true<\/p>\n

outside the wind
\nwas moaning
\nand the raindrops
\nbeat upon
\nthe window
\nand we sat and talked
\nand talked
\nand she just shone<\/p>\n

that perfume
\nof the ancients
\nthe seeds,
\nthe flowers,
\nthe leaves
\nhours of
\ncareful blending
\nand all of that, achieves<\/p>\n

one special little bottle
\na liquor
\nto desire
\nolfactory osmosis
\nlaced with the purest
\nfire<\/p>\n

it just entered
\nmy nostrils
\nand onwards to
\nmy brain
\nface flushed
\nI loved its journey
\nI’d forgotten any pain<\/p>\n

Aradian moon
\nthe grottos and gardens
\ndeep down, I
\nshared the sweet aroma’s
\nborn from the
\nearth and sky<\/p>\n

the moon hung out
\nacross the Tor
\nits golden face
\nso whole
\nit sort of smiled,
\nits halo
\ntrying to console<\/p>\n

and in that
\nheady vapour
\nshe smiled at me,
\nand I
\nknew this
\nsweet encounter
\nwould be with me
\ntill I die<\/p>\n

Aradian Moon
\nhad conjured
\ngreat spirit
\njust to feel
\nthat wondrous liquor
\nin my head
\nhow could I conceal<\/p>\n

the warmth
\nthe love
\nthe frantic
\nsweet delights
\nthat swam inside
\nmy being
\nthat ecstasy of lights<\/p>\n

and onwards, it, so lyrical
\nof mercurial desire
\nexhilerated evocative
\nand humbling
\nenthused inspired
\nsuch fire<\/p>\n

summoning a rich
\nresponse
\nof overpowering joy
\nAradian moon
\nits vast balloon
\nencompassed me
\nthe boy<\/p>\n

again
\nthe sweetest pleasures
\nenthused me
\nI was lost
\nin all that heady
\nsplendour
\nin its softest pillows
\ntossed.
\ncradled in the comfort
\nin marshmallow clouds
\nso soft
\nin poignant realms
\nwhere I belong
\nwith the owls aloft<\/p>\n

the ever lasting fragrance
\nthe aromatics are
\nin my very spirit
\nfrom my sweetest star
\never, my dear goddess
