Builders in the house next door<\/p>\n
have been destroying now for weeks<\/p>\n
a mature garden torn to pieces<\/p>\n
every day it speaks<\/p>\n
out to those transgressors<\/p>\n
but nobody can hear<\/p>\n
dried stalks hanging off the ground<\/p>\n
it is really clear<\/p>\n
how energy is relevant<\/p>\n
a bold green shoot I see<\/p>\n
forcing itself from dried \u00a0old stick<\/p>\n
such excitability<\/p>\n
i called the workman over<\/p>\n
the impressionable affair<\/p>\n
was happening so quietly<\/p>\n
few knew that it was there<\/p>\n
clearly it was suffering<\/p>\n
Springs resonance abounds<\/p>\n
for it a waking nightmare<\/p>\n
all the violent sounds<\/p>\n
rubble every which way<\/p>\n
dust and dirt and pain<\/p>\n
a martyr gently pushing forth<\/p>\n
and living once again<\/p>\n
the builder said its had it<\/p>\n
we are going to tear it down<\/p>\n
mother Nature labours long<\/p>\n
in every flipping town<\/p>\n
and human eyes unseeing<\/p>\n
of the energy \u00a0below<\/p>\n
concealed by rock and plaster<\/p>\n
but endeavouring to grow.<\/p>\n
