Memories of a friend I met<\/p>\n
Planting in my garden space<\/p>\n
Curiosity may have hurt the cat<\/p>\n
But now in my face<\/p>\n
a tiny handsome fellow<\/p>\n
a Robin to be sure<\/p>\n
after some seeds or a little worm<\/p>\n
he knew where there were more<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
he was a bit fidgety<\/p>\n
hoping \u00a0I might \u00a0go<\/p>\n
But flew into my hand \u00a0he did<\/p>\n
and sat there all aglow<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
I thought one in a million<\/p>\n
chances<\/p>\n
roses all the way<\/p>\n
a real exhilaration<\/p>\n
this Robin made my day<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
an artist saw the whole thing<\/p>\n
and with manuscript and with care<\/p>\n
