the discrepancy before our eyes<\/p>\n

unpredicted and unheralded<\/p>\n
despair for what had been<\/p>\n

quality and anticipation<\/p>\n

but on arrival<\/p>\n
sadly frustration sadly when<\/p>\n

writing in and requesting<\/p>\n
the quality that we<\/p>\n
thought was understandable<\/p>\n
how it needed to be<\/p>\n

but ignored we were<\/p>\n
inanity<\/p>\n

empty words and platitudes<\/p>\n
we really felt alone<\/p>\n

here it was SMEGS hob<\/p>\n
indeed its finish<\/p>\n
below par<\/p>\n
eye catching for a different reason<\/p>\n
it was not the star<\/p>\n

performer in our kitchen<\/p>\n
contradictory to how<\/p>\n
the whole selling experience<\/p>\n
which evolved into a wow<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
and now a spot of dupery<\/p>\n
surfaced in our mind<\/p>\n
our confidence was rattled<\/p>\n
had we just been blind<\/p>\n

which really came to naught<\/p>\n

seemed unlikely<\/p>\n
a lack of clarity<\/p>\n
