\nHer quest to help the great apes
\nThe marvellous Chimpanzee<\/p>\n
Jane along with Diane Fossey
\nAnd Dr Birute
\nGaldikas
\nThe Gorillas and the Orangutan\u2019s
\nA root
\nthrough
\nThe maze of cruelty
\nOf racketeering they
\nTook the The Great Apes on
\nand the wicked world at large
\nAnd All three would save the day
\nAnd this they did with gusto
\nAnd for Stevie Nicks to seize
\nAnd write about Jane Goodall
\nAnd her marvellous Chimpanzees
\nThe Ladies were all principled
\n\u201cHer mission was you see
\nTo recreate a world where
\nWe can live in harmony
\nWith Nature\u201d
\nAnd the song,it educated
\nThose who heard
\nAnd helped stamp Jane through out the world
\nBy each thoughtful word<\/p>\n
For Stevie Nicks to have done this
\nFrom her heart, proves she
\nKnew an angel had been placed
\nTo help the Chimpanzee
\nIt was her dedication
\nThe angel Jane was she
\nHonourable in every way
\nAs was dear Stevie<\/p>\n
All four ladies
\nFiner feelings
\nAnd single heartedness
\nDeserve all our blessings
\nSuch integrity no less
\nWith truthfulness and candour
\nTook on the treachery
\nThe bush meat trade
\nAnd the pet trade
\nAnd what was infamy
\nThe Palm Oil trade
\nThe loggers
\nThe corporations who
\nCreated so much danger
\nAnd these women were put through
\nUnimaginable terror
\nEach shameless tortuous crime
\nAll fighting for their respective
\nCharges
\nAnd were betrayed time after time<\/p>\n
Out there in the darkness
\nWhite women challenged they
\nFaced muck-raking stigma
\nInsulting scoffing jibes
\nFighting against the disrespect
\nFrom the various tribes
\nWhat became a case of conscience
\nOf ethics through and through
\nSuch duteousness and commitment
