\nGo visit one and see
\nHuge great car parks full of cars
\nCarts piled
\nVoluminously
\nAnd so we hear with chickens
\nCostco\u2019s bold ideas
\nIs design the chicken sheds
\nWhere millions see the tears
\nImagining the suffering
\nThese birds live just five weeks
\nFrom egg to death
\nOn rancid breath
\nBecoming disabled freaks<\/p>\n
Breasts grow massive chemically
\nGenetically as well
\nThe rotisserie is spinning
\nAll the way to HELL
\nThe suffering is vigorous
\nTheir legs cant stand the strain
\nThey topple over and stay there
\nJust going insane<\/p>\n
Costco designs the equipment
\nNo duty of care
\nUnfitting an innappropriate
\nFor all the babies there
\nSitting on the litter
\nBurns their skin red raw
\nJust constant agony
\nThat no one can ignore<\/p>\n
They are trampled on
\nChicken breeds that grow
\nFaster than dear god himself
\nIts arrogance you know
\nProfit and not a prophet
\nAnywhere alas
\nIts a torture chamber
\nFor all the birds enmasse<\/p>\n
Look out at at the checkpoints
\nCars are everywhere
\nTrolleys full with Costco goods
\nBoxes of despair
\nThat customers just cannot see
\nOr smell or feel but they
\nAre hiding in the slaughter sheds
\nNot all that far away<\/p>\n
Karmic debts are building
\nThe tills are loading fast
\nBut angels in their wisdom
\nSee flags hung at half mast
\nFor all the weeping chickens
\nIn agonised lament
\nSuffering so terribly
\nDying and sadly spent<\/p>\n
Of favour warmth and caring
\nWilful neglect was theirs
\nUnfilial and terribly
\nNobody heard their prayers
\nScant respect and irreverence
\nDishonour through and through
\nFrom day one until the day they were killed
\nWe realise now how true<\/p>\n
Hell on earth at Costco was
\nDespite the trolleys full
\nCars fighting in their car parks
\nThe name itself does pull
\nIn the punters daily
\nThinking the food is great
\nThe unworthiness and the meanness
\nBest we investigate.<\/p>\n
Best we check the infantry
\nAsk them what they do
\nWhy their chickens look so sad
\nMany turning blue
\nMany suffering badly
\nTaste is just not there
\nThey are making money
