The inevitable is happening
\nIn what is a sick and awful world
\nThe hunters who I view of with reluctance
\nAnd unwillingness for where they
\nhave been hurled
\nA shuddering loathing need
\nOf murdering animals
\nI grimace, at the thought of it
\nTo Bring fear and watch them bleed
\nSuch incompatibility
\nWith Nature and with those
\nCreatures that dwell in its aura
\nUnderneath our nose
\nClearly their intolerance
\nWho are hostile to the cause
\nMisanthropists and narcissists
\nThey rarely stop to pause
\nHunting is their dream state
\nThe great degeneracy
\nLow life on the slippery slope
\nTowards depravity
\nThey transgress so far tragically
\nBeyond the scope of mind
\nTruly hidden sinners
\nWastrels you will find
\nThey won\u2019t recant their crimes on earth
\nNo compunction to try
\nEntirely complicit
\nAnd they really don\u2019t know why
\nThey are on a lower order
\nEgotistic sods
\nSelf worship and self interest
\nThey believe they are the gods
\nHow charity begins at home
\nAvaricious brutes
\nWho believe they have the backing
\nAnd all around them suits<\/p>\n
They have no respect for anything
\nThey disparage all they see
\nOffhanded and insulting
\nInjurious they be
\nThey think they have the given right
\nTo take another\u2019s life
\nTo dishonour and humiliate
\nAnd cause opponents strife
\nAnd do it into the new age
\nTake on the gadgetry
\nThe computers and the eagledrones
\nAnd evasion of duty
\nMan against an animal
\nIn hand to hand combat
\nAlready thats not working
\nThats not where they are at<\/p>\n
Remember they are selfish
\nThey lack courage raw
\nThey have a real repugnance
\nFor them its like a war
\nAmbush, telescopic sights
\nDecoys, calls and more
\nVicious hateful guns
\nAnd bows, which the innocent abhor
\nEndorsing such unfairness
\nThe rancour and the spleen
\nThe spitefulness and virulence
\nIt really is obscene
\nThey drive up in their four by fours
\nAn army so to say
\nClad in camouflage war paint
\nThe worst intentions they
\nAre out to kill whatever moves
\nA balefulness that stinks
\nA callousness just ruffians
\nAnd nobody who thinks<\/p>\n
No depth to their wisdom
\nNot a sage in sight
\nWe must denounce their ruthlessness
\nThey are ready for a fight
\nOn their terms where they hold the cards
\nHidden behind a tree
\nThey come out with guns a blazing
\nThere is no mystery
\nThey are just cowardly laggards
\nThey arrogate and feel
\nillicitly they enter into
\nThe battleground for real
\nThe yellow streak is obvious
\nCowering skulking yobs
\nDecked out in designer gear
\nSissies really do you hear<\/p>\n
Spiritless lily-livered
\nNo back bone at all
\nUnheroic in the jungle
\nEveryone a fool
\nThey cannot feel the wonder
\nThey cannot admire those who
\nWho live and die with wildness
\nAnd do what they must do
\nBe part of creation
\nRespect the Natural World
\nEat where they were told to eat
\nIntincts clearly hurled
\nTheir spirit and their way of life
\nCovered from the sky
\nPrey perhaps or predation
\nNot questioning why<\/p>\n
Nature gave them nobleness
\nDescent and ancestry
\nAn unbroken lineage
\nAlways to be free
\nThe hunter wants his pound of flesh
\nGot by legitimacy
\nThe skin the teeth the antlers
\nThe horn they want it all
\nThe biggest finest fittest
\nThats the hunters rule.
\nAnd now its all technology
\nNo creature stands a chance
\nCamera work and telescopes
\nAnd traps and lures, he plants
\nHimself in a hide or up a tree
\nWith his guns and ammunition
\nEverything in his favour
\nTo service his vile mission<\/p>\n
To murder every sweet soul
\nThat walks upon his earth
\nWhatever age its off the page
\nShe might have just given birth
\nIt matters not to hunter types
\nThe new digital breed
\nUsing drones and mobile phones
\nTo guarantee they bleed
\nOut in the pools of weakness
\nThe bloodlust we can see
\nAlgorithams to the fore
\nWe know where they will be
\nIts all been processed forwards
\nLook its on the screen
