Hangzhou Zoo in Eastern China
\nhas had a lot of snow
\nand visitors are going there
\napparently they know<\/p>\n
that animals are not
\nenamoured by the single thought
\nof snow balls coming from on high
\nand its seems that they are sought<\/p>\n
2 lions in their enclosure
\nwere seen to be so stressed
\npeople chucking loads of snow
\nit has to be redressed<\/p>\n
by putting them on the level
\nin with the frightened lions
\nnot letting people torture them
\nyou can see all the signs<\/p>\n
a snowball coming at you
\nis frightening
\nwhat it must be like for them
\nGod knows
\nthe authorities should make
\nthe people realize
\nthat this kind of morbid action
\nit does pose<\/p>\n
a reaction likely to create
\nsome anger and resentment
\na snowball in the face
\ncan drive you wild
\nand these souls are already
\nso tormented its irritating
\nand it seems its not a child<\/p>\n
doing this but full grown men
\nI mean what’s tween their ear oles
\nnot a lot of grey matter I fear
\nthe authorities should tell their
\nthoughtless customers
\nand ban them
\nreally put some good old fear<\/p>\n
and slap their faces
\nin the local paper
\nand also report on the
\nTV news
\nlet their friends see
\nwhat they do, when they
\nvisit zoos
\nI bet this behaviour
\nis likely then to lose<\/p>\n
them many of their so called friends
\nfor its such unbridled stuff
\nas for the lions well I mean
\nwhat can one say
\nthey’ve had enough
\nsentient animals are not sentient
\nyou hear the people be
\nwild animals are more sentient than
\nthese insults for humanity<\/p>\n
who should be banned and made to pay
\ngive them a nasty shock
\nor make some special snow balls
\nwith the inside layer rock
\nand chuck it at them in a pit
\nand see how they do fare
\nto me a lifetime ban would do the trick
