Beating up the Badger
\nIs so easy
\nFarmers speak of gassing
\nas a way
\nThey ought to go and gas
\nthemselves, and realise
\nWild Creatures are not here
\nNo! not Today
\nTB is down to their intensive
\nfarming, their arrogance in feeding and the way
\nThey move their cattle all around
\nthe country
\nAnd calling for a cull
\nThey’d better stay
\nin their thoughts
\nAnd they alone should have them
\nBruin never ever did them wrong
\nGod put them on this earth
\nand they are worthy
\nTheyre wild and ancient animals
\nall along<\/p>\n
Beating up the Badger
\nis so easy
\nBut reflecting on
\nCommerical Pressure might
\nMake those bloody farmers
\nrealise they err
\nAnd Supermarkets
\ntoo should keep in sight
\nAnd pay a proper price
\ndon’t blame wild creatures
\nFor short comings in a system
\nwe all see
\nBeating up the Badger
\nis a weak and feeble method
\nAnd not worthy of our

Its so easy to blame a wild Badger for your own ignorance.Remember the Badger was there first,he lives where he was born on a genuine macrobiotic meal,unlike the cattle brought into the environment fed poor quality food that is not what ruminants should be eating and price controlled to satisfy the greedy supermarket buyers who want their margins for their shareholders.Politicians are puppets too close to the farmers who run rings around them.Tragically the Badgers are going to be sacrificed and what do we learn nothing, we carry on being ignorant and arrogant.
