Existence, subsistence, eternity
\nThe whole life cycle where we
\nThe human, the hunter, encouraging those
\nTo come and spread fear and just be
\nUndeniably practising murder
\nOf the enduring and eternal flame
\nWhat is the nirvana of many
\nA groundless and fictitious game<\/p>\n
Playing with life as a pastime
\nConfrontation, the clash, and discord
\nIn pursuance of life in its wildest
\nThe tracking the spooring reward
\nThe gunning the sticking the shooting
\nThe hunter the poacher the trapper
\nA life form becomes the quarry the prey
\nThe godly the living and the victim
\nAway<\/p>\n
From its home run, for instance
\nCut down and killed
\nAmbushed and angled and frightened to death
\nAnd chased as its life\u2019s blood is spilled
\nAbandoned deserted the great abdication
\nThe vital force
\nAnd the allotted span
\nSentenced to death on the whim of a hunter
\nThe ultimate penalty for being a fan<\/p>\n
Bloodshed and butchery carnage and murder
\nWhy should the hunter survive
\nGladiatorial combat the bloody the gory
\nSmothered and choked its one hell of a story
\nAnd who would support it and why would they dare
\nPrescribing the motive and needing the share
\nThinking profoundly conflating the need
\nWith what those who counter who support
\nAnd succeed<\/p>\n
In helping the horror in so many words
\nIn actually being away with the birds
\nActually purging those souls and their care
\nBy committing to something that just wasn\u2019t there
\nFor me its an arrogance imposing ones will
\nOn supporters who otherwise would not wish to kill
\nThe spirit, the life form, and should not need
\nTo examine the reasons why others need bleed<\/p>\n
Out in a forest the musical air
\nBuying a ticket and feeling you care
\nBut actually hidden in all the ado
\nThe hunting the killing and sacrificing its true
\nIt sours the digestion it bitters the throat
\nIt makes one uncomfortable when one does note
\nThat part of the giving satisfies those
\nWho go out and stalk to what is the pro\u2019s
\nThe ugliness and, the suffering cries
\nHow pure life is stolen
\nwhen a sweet angel dies<\/p>\n
Doted on by us out in the dark night
\nShot maybe three times the eternal light
\nExtinguished forever
\nand the ticket we bought
