Life and all its glory
\nIs why I tell this story
\nWildness is my being
\nIts when I am all seeing
\nThe forest is my darkness
\nThe tall trees are my place
\nThe freedom the encounter
\nFor me is a disgrace
\nThe hounds we hear them breathing
\nGulping back the air
\nYelping in the moment
\nWhen deers around then scare
\nThe truthfulness of being
\nThe hunters on our trail
\nTheir evil is dishonesty
\nA thought provoking tale<\/p>\n
At Frosterden and Waveney
\nThe broads the water sighs
\nInitiates are everywhere
\nThe wildness of the wise
\nChasing us perversion
\nUnfounded but we know
\nThe horses are close by us
\nTheir cluttering hooves bestow
\nGreat fear exaggerated
\nDisproportionately
\nI can feel my heart is heaving
\nThey are chasing after me
\nGrass fresh shoots my wishfulness
\nAnd all they want to do
\nIs break the law and chase me
\nThrough dark thickets to
\nAn end which I feel is closer
\nThey want my dead flesh, they
\nWant to profit from the fear
\nThe dogs each bite is way
\nToo much for me to suffer
\nThe red coats and the horn
\nCharlatans each one of them
\nWhy was it they were born<\/p>\n
And where are the so called coppers
\nWhen fraudsters come and go
\nDrive their hounds across the fields
\nEveryone does know
\nThey are hunting toffs and others
\nWhips out slash away
\nTwo more wild souls perished
