Those bottle nosed whales
\nThe ziphids that came
\nClose to Glasgow airport
\nThe very same
\nMistook a channel
\nDredged out for ships
\nThese beaked whales
\nAre rare
\nOn such stranding trips<\/p>\n
You would be so emotional
\nLost in the dark
\nThese spirited souls
\nWho do leave their mark
\nOn anyone seeing them
\nUnusually
\nAble to dive
\nSkittish they be<\/p>\n
Reaching a weariness
\nLonging to see
\nSomething they know
\nable to free
\nThemselves from
\nUnpleasing sights
\nDreary and dismal
\nAnd feeling the frights<\/p>\n
Remorseful and rueful
\nDisillusioned in pain
\nReproaching oneself
\nWith a hint of disdain
\nThe realisation
\nThat now you were lost
\nSplit up from the pod
\nAt an enormous cost<\/p>\n
fighting and hoping
\nThose divers who came
\nThey did give their all
\nAnd all of them game
\nI wanted so much
\nTo just find my way

The true tribulations

Just giving up

\nEnergy spoken for
\nOut there upon
