Sinking its an apparition

\nPerhaps for some
\nAn illusion where confusion
\nA mirage underneath the sun
\nFools who see the duplicity
\nOf others who believe
\nThat arrogance is their game of chance
\nIn which only they achieve
\nSuch mendaciousness
\nThe want of spot lights
\nso the world may see
\nThat they are the true kingpins
