Compunction and compassion
\nAre an order of the day
\nBenevolence and gentleness
\nCreates a bright new ray
\nOf optimism true charity
\nOf feeling from the heart
\nAnd for fashion stores to adopt
\nThis strategy is a good start<\/p>\n
Down the road where understanding
\nOf a freedom for those souls
\ntrapped and caged and brutalised
\nUnder poor controls
\nthe long suffering of gods creatures
\nThose with fur and skin
\nOur forbearance and our clemency
\nCan only really win<\/p>\n
Wearing clothes containing
\nDead parts of those souls
\nWho wildly stalk the wilderness
\nIn their respective roles
\nAll part of the biosphere
\nOf Nature all a gift
\nTo appreciate not to slaughter
\nThis is a positive drift<\/p>\n
Away from animal cruelty
\nA baseness that became
\nFrighteningly savage
\nIt was never a game
\nHunting trapping murdering
\nFamilies everywhere
\nWe have an obligation
\nTo put an end to despair<\/p>\n

The fur trade was and is a very
\nCruel and upsetting place
\nIt Utilised the villains
\nWho were quite a disgrace
\nMisunderstanding the Natural World
\nAnd how all claimed a part
\nHow slaughtering the innocent
\nWas not good for the heart<\/p>\n
How kindness and indulgence
\nBenefit humanity
\nHow toleration and forgiveness
\nAre in fact such quality
\nSuffering and severity
\nTurning a blind eye
\nTo corruption and disruption
\nIn a blinking of the eye<\/p>\n
Refusing just to hear their screams
\nMany many cried
\nThe Victims of the fur and leather trade
\nHave been denied their place
\nBeside Their god we had restrained them, we
\nChose to violate their souls
\nAnd do it callously<\/p>\n
Again to all those fashion houses
\nBringing in the light
\nTaking steps to remedy
\nWhat has been the blight
\nThe tragedy of tragedies
