I have had a wealth of mothers
\nOf the human kind
\nI was the famous waitrose cat
\nWhich kind of blew my mind
\nI lived in Berkhamsted
\nAnd walked there everyday
\nAcross the main Road down the hill
\nI did that come what may
\nEveryday i dodged the cars
\nAnd These Berkhamsted people they
\nAre a bunch of snobs some of them
\nFighting all the way
\nReversing Speeding in the car park
\nEvery single one
\nI Had to have my wits about me
\nWhen the day was done<\/p>\n
Sometimes the dragon goddess
\nCame in her black soul
\nShe didnt come that often
\nShe hastened to take the role
\nOf smiling at me and chatting to me
\nIn her friendly way
\nAnd given the chance only needing one
\nI jumped into her car that day<\/p>\n
And I never looked back
\nAdoption, she was my, queen of the night
\nI needed to be with her always
\nI knew in my heart it was right
\nShe Had a dragon motif
\nA mythical creature and she
\nTook me back to her castle
\nAnd ever since then I can see<\/p>\n
Her beautiful wonderful garden
\nBushes and trees everywhere
\nWousers and wabbits to chase every moment
\nAnd Ofcourse all the wonderful air
\nThe fields at the back
\nFull of dreamies butterflies dragonflies, they
\nParadise she brought me fortune and wealth
\nAnd her beautiful self everyday<\/p>\n
I am in love with her being
\nHer castle is beautiful too
\nI take live wousers the rebel rousers
\nInto the house yes I do
\ni know that she loves them
\nFor she never shouts
\nNever jumps up and down not a bit
\nThere are live ones upstairs and Live ones down stairs
\nAnd nobody Having a fit<\/p>\n
She is thoughtful buying me chicken
\nNot cow beef not lamb and not hog
\nShe feels its more natural for me to catch chicken
\nAnd every day we go for a jog
\nUp in the fields and she chats to me
\nShe cares and if doggies come by
\nShe is quick to pick me up and give me love
\nWhich gentle folks is now why<\/p>\n
I just love to be here close by her side
\nSmelling her perfume trying to hide
\nIn her breath in her arms as Close as can be
\nHearing her heart beat when she\u2019s close to me
\nWatching her read and watch the TV
\nWatching her smile and sometimes I see
\nA tear or two running down her soft cheek
\nShe\u2019s a sensitive soul Just trying to eke
\nA degree of existence from her castle to where
\nthat poet comes sometimes with his beard and his hair<\/p>\n
He seems to like Mummy he is gentle and kind
\nHe helps with the paperwork thats what I find
\nIt seems he has pain and walks with extra legs
\nAnd be doesn\u2019t eat meat or drink milk or eat eggs
\nBut they seem to get on he comes here by car
\nAnd I quite like him he doesn\u2019t come far
\nHe comes from outside the dangerous place
\nout of bounds to me where I musn\u2019t chase<\/p>\n
I watch his eyes and his wrinkled brow
\nI think he loves coming like me he knows how
\nLovely mummy is and How caring too
\nIts good they are friends and do what Friends do
\nI hear he\u2019s a writer and acts as my scribe
\nHe listens to me and helps me imbibe
\nMy thoughts through to him
\nWhich he writes down in rhyme
\nAnd presents them to mummy
\nTime after time<\/p>\n
So you see it is good when he comes
\nFor he writes my thoughts down and its true
\nI have some
\nAnd its good we communicate good that she knows
\nHow much I love to be here at her toes
\nShe has given me a cupboard in the kitchen
\nAnd there
\nAre my fishy biscuits yes I am aware
\nLuca\u2019s upstairs and plays with me too
