\nWhat you hear do not ignore

\nThat Bushmeat is the Best meat To try
\nSometimes in the west it\u2019s exotic
\nBut it means that the wild ones must die
\nReptiles who live in the rivers
\nEating carrion and god knows what
\nMusic can be quite a magnet
\nBut are crocodiles good for the pot<\/p>\n
It might be they are in the Congo
\nWhere Bushmeat is popular there
\nGorilla and Crocodile some people eat it
\nBut serving it here be aware
\nWild foods are not safe
\nAnd besides it is wrong
\nTo hunt different species
\nThey all belong
\nIn the jungles the rivers
\nThey are needed there
\nBeing cooked up and eaten in cities
\nIt\u2019s not fair<\/p>\n
They can be poisoned
\nThey live in the mud
\nEating diseased bodies
\nTherefore your blood
\nCan easily get infections
\nAnd we
\nCan die from ingesting
\nThe toxicity<\/p>\n
They think they are clever
\nMusicians maybe
\nWhilst forgetting
\nThey are setting
\nA standard as we
\nMay follow their lead
\nAntibodies though low
\nand thus eating bush meat
\nWe just do not know<\/p>\n
Into our arteries
\nInto our soul
\nSome kind of sepsis
\nOut of control
\nNo anti biotics
\nTo touch such a thing
\nAnd bushmeat Believe me
\nWhat it can bring<\/p>\n
Down on us dwellers
\nFrom cities
\nSome pain
\nWe are not in the jungle
\nIt would be insane
\nTo eat these wild animals
\nAnd participate
\nBy supporting exotica
\nAnd at a rate
\nWild animals may
\nWith their
\nadulteration
\ncart us away
\nFar from salvation<\/p>\n
Far from a doctor
\nOr hospital where
\nWe could be treated
\nBy people who care
\nWho know about toxins
\nAnd viruses and
\nCan see from the symptoms
\nAnd understand
\nThat going on killing sprees
\nWe may Descend
\nIf nature turns on us
\nShe isn\u2019t our friend
\nFor then all is over
