\nI spoke a to a lady called LOUISE
\nI was a bit grumpy
\nBut she made my heart sing
\nNow that is a tall order
\nI was a put out
\nNot by her but the RAC
\nBut she left me in no doubt
\nShe listened she was considerate
\nAnd as caring as could be
\nShe was very mindful
\nAnd thoughtful
\nI could see
\nHow sensitive how observant
\nHer eye was on the ball
\nNeedful and knowledgeable
\nJust brilliant on this call<\/p>\n
Staff like this are amazing
\nShe was thorough
\nAnd alert
\nClearly the RAC is helped
\nA great deal
\nAn Advert
\nFor I shall tell friends
\nThat I meet
\nAnd just one phone call May
\nMake a lot of difference
\nTo your sales along the way<\/p>\n
Attentive and considerate
\nI felt assured For she
\nValidated my complaint
\nSatisfactorily
\nShe was competent and practised
\nAnd I felt good to hear
