Zoo\u2019s Typical business model
\nConflicts with duty of care
\nWays of making extra profit
\nAre introduced and there
\nThey Suffer so from ignorance
\nIn Thailand one such soul
\nTortured as a baby
\nSo as to control
\nHe was in a private zoo
\nWith arrogance personified
\nMaking elephants dance for people
\nLetting lots of people ride<\/p>\n
It\u2019s wicked such wrong doing
\nThe mentality of zoo\u2019s
\nNeglect and true iniquity
\nZoo\u2019s are just bad news
\nThey called this baby \u201cDumbo\u201c
\nBut the zoo was dumb and they
\nWere cruel to all the animals
\nTrying to get their way
\nMaking them do the impossible
\nThe bull hook Always near
\nTorturing a baby and giving it such fear<\/p>\n
So covetous and self seeking
\nDishonest to a tee
\nIt\u2019s all about irreverence
\nIt doesn\u2019t have to be
\nNeglectful and injurious
\nMaking animals play
\nInstruments and dance
\nIt never is the way
\nHuman beings need the training
\nA business as a zoo
\nTrying to make a living
\nWhat do these mahouts do
\nThey let their reputation slip
\nIt\u2019s the mind set of all zoo\u2019s
\nThere to make a profit
\nAnd, when we peruse<\/p>\n
The balance sheet the duty of care
\nWhat
\nReally do we find
\nIs animals being tortured
\nBeing over worked
\nThe mind
\nIs onLy about profit
\nSuffering animals they
\nDon\u2019t get fed or watered properly
\nAnd work and work all day<\/p>\n
Sadly this dear elephant
\nWas encouraged to dance
\nBut Couldn\u2019t stand the stress and strain
\nHe didn\u2019t stand a chance
\nIt was like a concentration camp
\nForced labour and alas
\nBoth his back legs broke under him
\nAnd he died it was that crass
\nIgnorance and evil
\nAn elephant must not be
\nDisrespected like poor \u201cDumbo\u201d was
\nSuch cruelty
\nThe zoo should have been shut down
\nThe keepers should be jailed
\nThailand should know better
