Wildness was their birthright
\nBut in his sanctuary
\nAll it is is a travelling show
\nJust captivity
\nA bunch of innocent creatures
\nEnslaved in this place
\nA bondage Purgatory
\nIt is a disgrace<\/p>\n
Disadvantaged discriminated
\nDowntrodden souls who be
\nSubjugated and oppressed
\nThey have no liberty
\nIn fact it\u2019s just a prison
\nA clink a jug a jail
\nShackled trammled bonded
\nAnd guaranteed to fail<\/p>\n
stuck in trucks for ages
\nStanding all the day
\nVery little fresh clean food
\nCircus is no way
\nFor animals in this day and age
\nBull hooks to the fore
\nLiberation non existent
\nA Dungeon for the poor<\/p>\n
Circus a misnomer
\nFor sanctuary and where
\nAnimals are looked after
\nAnd it\u2019s lovely to be there
\nExercise and fresh green shoots
\nand fields and trees and plants
\nAs close as poss to nature
