\nPhilosophers and teachers

Utterly authoritarian
\nThe hearts
\nBroken we who witness
\nIt\u2019s off all of the charts
\nMasterful and domineering
\nA crackdown so severe
\nLiterally angels torn apart
\nIn a melee of such fear<\/p>\n
Fanatical and unbending
\nUncompromisingly
\nMercilessly punitive
\nA Heavy handed constancy
\nEveryone a tyrant
\nRun roughshod over all
\nA blood bath so detestable
\nAn indulgence to appal<\/p>\n
Witnessing the horror
\nAs some of us who were there
\nHad to the oppression
\nIt was hard to bear
\nThat show of force
\nWith jackboots oppressors everyone
\nAll bloodsucking ogres
\nNow that that day is done<\/p>\n
Gang warfare ugly terrorists
\nRefuseniks in a way
\nSo many are against them

Compelled they say from hunger

\nAttack and murder families

\nThey are an island nation

\nA disadvantaged people

Purloiners of the innocent
\nBrigands we might add
\nMurderers who call the tune
\nIn this day and age as bad
\nEquivalent to highwaymen
\nPlunderers of the sea
\nAnd the families are the spoils of war
\nAnd they will always be<\/p>\n
A poverty Of spirit
\nDestitute of care
\nTheir compassion in recession
\nIt will never be there
\nThey have made themselves the monsters
\nOf this day and age
\nAcquisitive and miserly
\nTheir standing off the page<\/p>\n
An island state mentality
\nObtuse in every way
\nTheir insouciance is ugly
\nAt the butt end of each day
\nTheir brutish inhumanity
\nStoical and slow
\nPoker faced unseeing
\nTheir soulless heartless show<\/p>\n
Intolerable exhibitionists
\nThudding in the extreme
\nEven the pregnant are ignored
\nAs grandmothers do scream
\nInfants tiny babies
\nSuch loathsome abuse
\nIt\u2019s sickening to talk about
\nThey are tumours on the loose<\/p>\n
Creating constant martyrs
\nPut to the rack they be
\nBlooded harshly

\nAnd snot and sputum where
\nWhat was a peaceful ocean scene
\nIs harrowing despair<\/p>\n
Maddening and galling
\ntragical and sad
\nDeplorable and ghastly
