Being somewhat immobile
\nCan change beliefs where we
\nCould walk ten miles a day perhaps
\nAnd when asked perhaps not see
\nA lot as Druids we must
\nSet ourselves perhaps the task
\nOf being tree like in the way
\nWe purposefully bask
\nAn upward and a downward energy
\nReally To always share
\nA home to friends and family
\nA purpose for being there
\nLocked into the ground
\nA marriage where to toil
\nCreating an abundance
\nWith our roots deep in the soil<\/p>\n
A tenure of dependancy
\nSolitarily
\nour aim to work the oracle
\nand serendipity
\nbe our muse resplendent
\nIn the aura of our soul
\nAs we raise ourselves into the sky
\nAnd live and be a role
\nIn providing oxygen
\nIn leaves as shelter To
\nA myriad of life forms
\nUnseen by the many who
\nAre very very mobile
\nWho rush about all day

\nOr feel the earth and clearly pay
\nA lot from being vacant
\nFrom the earth in many ways
\nWho fail to see to breathe to be
\nIntuitive and free<\/p>\n
Mention was made of the dandelion

\nSeek dispersal from the wind
\nA perennial that fares
\nWell And a blow ball
\nthe SPRING tonic has been garnered
\nAs a Medicine as far
\nAs China Egypt the Greeks and Romans
\nHeld up as a star
\nperformer
\nOfficianli authentic to the cause
\n30 million years its reign
\nalmost without pause
\nApomixis with out fertilisation
\nFor its seed
\nIs carried by
\nthe chariots of the sun
\nThE blow ball indeed
\nBorn out of the miracle of dust
\nItself they say
\nThe flowers all opening at Dawn
\nAnd at dusk they fade away<\/p>\n
Every part is edible
\nAs useful as can be

\nclay we often see
\nAn ocean of them growing
\nImmensely healing too
\nSolitary Bee\u2019s and Honey Bee\u2019s
\nand Butterflies ring true
\nGoldfinches and Sparrows
\nReally love their seed
\nResilience it\u2019s remarkable
\nHow they manage to succeed
\nEnlightenment and intimacy
\nAn acquaintanceship we feel
\nLike the tortoise slow and so assured
\nLife for them so real
\nEvery foot a reality
\nEvery inch a way
\nOf adding to their knowledge base
\nEvery Single day<\/p>\n
Compare that with the Cheetah
\nWho may outrun a car
\nBut only in very short bursts
\nAnd life expectancy is far
\nLess of course than the tortoise
\nWhose gait is slow and true
\nWho appreciates the fragrance
\nOf the early morning dew.<\/p>\n
