\nis space the sea the oceans
\nA living world
\nCaptivity in a concrete pool
\nReally to be hurled
\nIn this artificial Nightmare
\nNo depth no mileage There
\nA filthy vile intensity
\nAnd a growing despair<\/p>\n
The so called trainers
\nComplicit
\nIn what SEAWORLD do
\nThe Profit making uncaring
\nThey create a view
\nA harshness and a painfulness
\nHardship everyday
\nDead iced fish and chemicals
\nA Malignity in sway<\/p>\n
All of us share heartaches
\nOur skin burns the chlorine
\nGetS in our eyes under our skin
\nIt really is a sin
\nThe angst and anguish
\nThey create
\nThe dead world of the pool
\nIt\u2019s disconcerting to listen
\nTo the lies that Over rule<\/p>\n
The innocence and splendour
\nOf ocean life the sea
\nThe myriad of other life
\nIt\u2019s where we need to be
\nThe flourish of the freedom
\nAnd now captivity
\nThe gloom the doom the wretchedness
\nThe insensibility<\/p>\n
SEA WORLD tell lies constantly
\nTalk up education they
\nTheir only wish it to profiting
\nOur lives and captivity
\nWe are all in lockdown
\nThe pressure on us all
\nIt affects our mental state
\nThough they tell you we are cool<\/p>\n
With living in this prison
\nThis controlled atmosphere
\nNo living plants no animals
\nJust a sterile stench of fear
\nOur passions and our feelings
\nWrenched out of us each day
\nOur mentality and heredity
\nDestroyed by the dismay<\/p>\n
The parsimonious Attitude
\nTight-fistedness they use
\nOur food it\u2019s all dead frozen
\nReally they abuse
\nUs every single moment
\nOf every single day
\nThey are miserly and grudging
\nThe show has to go on
\nand we become the puppets
\nEven when you are gone<\/p>\n
That\u2019s when they take advantage
\nAnd what happened the other day
\nThe chlorine pumps malfunctioned
\nSo all night it found it\u2019s way
\nInto our pool hour after hour
\nAnd nobody around to see
\nall tucked up in their duvets
\nWhilst we suffered terribly<\/p>\n
They are all complicit
\nEvery single one
\nOur eyes were closed
\nOur skin was sore
\nWhat in fact it had done
\nWas chemically burn our bodies
\nDown many layers we
\nSuffered angst and terror
\nAnd we couldn\u2019t see<\/p>\n
For three days we were blinded
\nFeeding us they pressed
\nThe ice cold fish against our heads
\nThey were so obsessed
\nWith feeding us
\nOur agony of course they wouldn\u2019t share
\nWe all suffered remarkably
\nJust for being there<\/p>\n
Gulping in that water
\nAffected our insides
\nOur eyes were burned
\nOur outer skin
\nReally it concerned
\nUs the soreness everywhere
\nBut Seaworld what did they do
\nShit themselves for a few days
\nClueless it was true<\/p>\n
We lost layers of skin we did
\nIt peeling off and we were
\nVery sore and uncomfortable
\nWe had been in a war
\nOur eyes were red and bleeding
\nThe soreness every hour
\nOur chagrin and our fretting
\nWe all had lost our power<\/p>\n
Clearly weakened by it all
\nIn desolation we
\nWanted to get out of here
\nAnd go back to the sea
\nBut had to just be left here
\nEnduring it the pain
\nThe annoyance and the botheration
\nIt was awfully plain<\/p>\n
God given protective mucous
\nDid save our poor eyes
\nFrom what was long term damage
\nWe all suffered though
\nand the lies
\nwere rolled out
\nBy the trainers
\nProfit based of course
\nThe discomfort and the bother
\nIt really was a force<\/p>\n
We retain a feel bad factor
\nCheesed off every day
\nLiving in captivity
\nOur freedom torn away
\nDisgruntled really hacked off
\nResisting in every way
\nAnd having to swim in chemicals
\nAnd look the other way<\/p>\n
And not a crumb of comfort
\nNo break in the blue
\nJust locked down and sworn at
\nWe have nothing to do
\nBut swim around in circles
\nOur rumble in the sun
\nArtificiality
\nWhen the day is done<\/p>\n
Oppression of the spirit
\nThe doldrums everywhere
\nWhy we have long faces
\nBecause of the despair
\nThere really is no let up
\nNo elation to adore
\nJust blubbering lamentation
\nAnd ululation from next door<\/p>\n
Nothing to amuse us
\nNo excursions any day
\nWe all go into mourning
\nAnd express that and we lay
\nHeavily with our mental state
\nThe tediousness is here
\nBlue walls dirty water
\nAnd fear piled onto fear<\/p>\n
If you are a human being
\nAnd Support this dreadful crew
\nAnd come along and oggle at us
\nAs you choose to do
\nCan you feel our sadness
\nCan you hear us cry
\nIt\u2019s not education
\nIt\u2019s profit by and by<\/p>\n
Prisoners forever
\nLocked up for evermore
\nAll of us in nervous states
\nSEAWORLD breaks the law
\nIt\u2019s hideous to be here
\nGraceless to be sure
