\na bounty on one’s head
\nand you an apex hunter
\nwho has always led
\na pack of the wild children
\nwolves yes so to say
\nand Wyoming have decided
\nthat with your life
\nyou’ll pay
\nthey are completely sick
\nand tired of you
\nnot for any crime
\nthat you’ve committed personally
\nyou’ve just run out of time
\nHunters have a free for all
\nand they can gun you down
\nwith high powered rifles
\nand cross bows
\noh they really go to town
\nmaking sure your slaughtered
\nWyoming seems to me
\nis telling caring tourists
\nstay away
\ndon’t be
\ncoming here
\nfor killers are taking
\nout those who
\nlive and die in this state
\nwho were born here
\nand who view
\nthe countryside around a bout
\nis as much there’s as its ours
\nbut the men in high authority
\nhave their modicum of powers
\nthe wolf has really had its day
\ntruly around these parts
\nand men, real men with deep pockets
\nyea a bunch of farts
\nwho think its right to murder
\nand slaughter wolves, until
\nwe only have them in the zoos
\ntill then, their blood we will spill
\nWyoming as a place I wouldn’t

\nyou’ve clearly bloody lost the plot
\nof that, I’m very sure
\nand I am calling for a boycott
\nfor judgement of this kind
