The same moon
\nlights our way at night
\nthe same sun heats the day
\nthe same earth grows what little
\nwe have seed for, its the way
\nWe are Palestinians
\nand we cannot be sure
\nwhat we do and where we go
\nand who we dare ignore
\nso much land has been taken
\nour land sprinkled with blood
\nsettlements are rising
\nits almost like a flood
\nso little real humility
\nand we know, how that feels
\nPalestine is suffering
\nrocked back on its heels
\neverywhere uncertain
\nand a lot of pain
\nno one cares for Palestine
\nwhat is there to gain
\nfrom helping those who cannot pay

\neverything to most of them
