\nFor what\u2019s happening right here
\nIt\u2019s called a zoo
\nBut the view
\nIs anything but clear
\nIt\u2019s a nothingness of caring
\nIt\u2019s baseless and unreal
\nThe animals are all prisoners
\nThey are trying to conceal<\/p>\n
Not a whit or jot of care
\nIt\u2019s awful to perceive
\nIt\u2019s meagre and it\u2019s sparseness
\nIt\u2019s so hard to believe
\nThat animals could die treated
\nIn such an appalling way
\nThe chaos and disorder
\nThe disharmony at play
\nUndisciplined and unruly
\nIt\u2019s exhausting just to be
\nPaying for the weakness and the vulnerability<\/p>\n
All the animals are suffering
\nThere\u2019s a darkness everywhere
\nThey are unlikely to be happy
\nWhat is certain is their despair
\nContrary to reason
\nUntenable and unsound
\nYou can witness the poor judgement
\nAnd the injustice all around
\nThe ignorance is in your face
\nComplete uncertainty
\nUnknowing and unaware
\nStrangers they can see<\/p>\n
The unenlightened the empty headed
\nThe indifference that we see
\nThe animals the boredom
\nThe bone heads seemingly
\nAs asinine as any
\nAs infantile as some
\nShort sighted and thoughtless
\nAnd incredibly so dumb<\/p>\n
I look at all the animals
\nGlaring back at me
\nTheir eyes are swollen and deep set
\nFor all the world to see
\nTheir frustration and their bafflement
\nUnfulfilled and sad
\nThwarted Baulked and crest fallen
\nAnd many going mad<\/p>\n
Life has lost its meaning
\nThey have lost it figuratively
\nEmphatic with their protest
\nWith the negativity
\nThe treachery one feels it
\nAnd the mendacity
\nWhat is the double dealing
\nIt\u2019s their catastrophe<\/p>\n
Suffering the filth the lack of
\nHope it\u2019s everywhere
\nThe trickery the dupery
\nThat all of them do share
\nTokenism make believe
\nA mockery of sorts
\nFraudulent and guileful
\nPlaying with their thoughts<\/p>\n
It should have been closed down
\nYears and years ago
\nPeta has been voicing their concern
\nThe world did know
\nThe misrepresentation
\nThe perversion everywhere
\nThe nomenclature where nothing
\nWhere nobody does care<\/p>\n
They torture and they starve us
\nIn a barbarous atmosphere
\nWe are choking they are poking
\nWe are broken can\u2019t you hear
\nYour unwillingness to notice us
\nYour rejection of us pains
\nIndisposed and reluctant
\nIt\u2019s bubbling through our veins<\/p>\n
Each of us is dying
\nWhat endurance once we had
\nBroken by the iniquity
\nThe angst we are all sad
\nIt\u2019s shameful what they do to us
\nWhen visitors are gone
\nIn pursuit of profit
\nWe exist upon
\nAn undernourished interval
\nSpurned all of our days
\nTheir grossness and their rottenness
\nTheir hurtfulness some praise
\nIt\u2019s buttock clenchingly awful
\nWe cannot go on like this
\nScruffy and bedraggled
\nOur lives are never bliss<\/p>\n
Our throats are drenched in mucous
\nWhen we defecate we bleed
\nStain and crud is everywhere
\nNone of us succeed
\nIt\u2019s gritty and it\u2019s manky and it\u2019s shitty
\nAnd it\u2019s wrong
\nAnd everyone existing here
\nKnows in our hearts we do not belong<\/p>\n

\nThe torment that is here
\nThe dysfunction and the illnesses
\nThe terrible diarrhoea
\nThe infective the germ laden
\nThe festering nightmare
\nThis shit hole of a living space
