A moveable waste container
\nSomeone decided to
\nTake three beautiful
\nHealthy puppy dogs
\nAnd presumably threw
\nThem into this oblivion
\nOf filth and wretched waste
\nIndividually not in a bAsket
\nall this done in haste<\/p>\n
Someone who could\u2019t contemplate
\nTheir suffering ahead
\nAlone and in a wet dark place
\nAnguish it has led
\nMany to freak out I am sure
\nYoung babies after all
\nWhat sort of freak that walks the streets.
\nCould really make that call<\/p>\n
Sadness gloom and wretchedness
\nRemorse regret dismay
\nThe three of them imagining
\nCould they get away
\nAnd would somebody find them
\nAnd would anybody care
\nThrown out into a dumpster
\nTo be crushed that death to share<\/p>\n
The weather outside awful
\nTipping it down it was
\nThey were soaking wet and suffering so
\nReally just because
\nThere was no future seemingly
\nPerhaps their only course
\nto all lay down together
\nAnd go back to their source<\/p>\n
They were starving they were smelly
\nWet through and all sore
\nWorms got in their bellies
\nThey really wanted more
\nAnd then somebody found one
\nA lineman looking for
\nSomething he had thrown Away
\nSharing his lunch and more<\/p>\n
He had found three but two.had scarpered
\nRan for all their worth
\nHe then managed to catch them
\nTwo girls and a boy
\nThis earth was not about to absorb them
\nThey were safety in his truck.
\nand on their way to
\nThe Humane Society given it was luck<\/p>\n
They were plucky little rascals
\nSuffering a great deal
\nEmaciated and wet through when had they had a meal
\nLast its really hard to say
\nDumped like rubbish they
\nClearly born to A nasty bit of work
\nOne has to say.<\/p>\n
And how could they actually sleep at night
\nWouldn\u2019t they wonder wouldn\u2019t they care
\nIn a dark space likely to be crushed
\nTo be so unaware
\nAnd go on living their sick
\nSad life
\nKnowing three babies lay
\nProbably at the rainbow bridge
