The epitome of being
\nA female in repose
\nA cow out in the pasture
\nWhere grass and clover grows
\nThats if we ever get to see
\nMostly where we are
\nIs stuck inside a concrete shed

I live at this dairy
\nIt\u2019s called MARTENS farm
\nThey sell some milk to Nestle
\nI guess you imagine calm
\nGentleness and caring
\nA loving place to be
\nWhere females many of them
\nCongregate and we<\/p>\n
Consider our bodies temples
\nWe are mothers after all
\nRaped each year upon the rack
\nThats far away from cool
\nA man\u2019s arm with some bull sperm on it
\nThrust down deep inside
\nThe rape rack that\u2019s the title
\nMostly there we hide
\nFor me it felt like a punishment
\nWhat female wants to feel
\nSome grubby bloody farmers arm
\nInside of her for real<\/p>\n
Just being close to his stench
\nHis rotten teeth and arse
\nHumans have a stink on them
\nThey are just not in our class
\nBut anyway they rape us

For nine months then we carry

\nThe farmers and the labouring staff

\nNo respect for females
\nThat is what they do<\/p>\n
And when we have our babies
\nWe are lucky if we see
\nAnd touch them let alone feed them
\nFor the farmer yes he be
\nKidnapping our baby
\nTaking the calf Away
\nIf it is male it will be shot dead
\nOr go for veal some say<\/p>\n
As for us we are for milking
\nDay in day out we
\nAre expected to just struggle
\nThrough the pregnancy
\nAny aches any pains any sickness we
\nGet a kicking if we moan
\nThe treadmill is you see<\/p>\n
What our rotten life is
\nAnd how we suffer so
\nAs mothers we should get respect
\nBut farmers don\u2019t want to know
\nThey chastise and they castigate
\nSpank and smack and kick
\nTrounce and thrash and even bash
\nEven if we are sick<\/p>\n
There is never a judge who sees them
\nNo legal competence
\nNo force of law to stop this
\nThese are the kind of stunts
\nThey pull it\u2019s about lacking
\nRespect for females too
\nTheir impure thoughts
\nAnd shamelessness
\nAnd wantonness, it\u2019s true<\/p>\n
Most of them are sinners
\nNasty bits of work
\nAiding and abetting
\nWickedly they smirk
\nUnworthy in so many ways
\nCaught red handed they
\nAlways punishing cows they are
\nEvery single day<\/p>\n
And if our legs give out at all
\nAnd they can do after all
\nOur udders they are laden
\nAnd sometimes we can fall
\nAnd can\u2019t get up so quickly
\narthritic legs we get
\nThat\u2019s when they kick and pull our tails
\nThat\u2019s when we feel the debt<\/p>\n
We pay to just be female
\nTo just have to have a calf
\nTo have them smack our udders
\nThey don\u2019t do things by half
\nThey threaten and they torture
\nTheir Hairy stinking hands
\nTheir fart arses close to us
\nOf farmers we are no fans<\/p>\n
They know lots about dishonesty
\nPast masters they have become
\nThe public think they are angels
\nThey are demons they are numb
\nTo the pain that they inflict on us
\nThe criminality
\nDe horning and hair singing
\nAnd just kicking frantically<\/p>\n
Lack of respect its everyday
\nIrreverence for sure
\nSarcasm from their dirty gobs
\nWe put up with that galore
\nInsulting and degrading
\nAs females they should try
\nAnd realise the way they speak
\nInside we really cry<\/p>\n
Our babies kidnapped after all
\nA mother needs to be
\nWith her baby and knowing it\u2019s been murdered
\nWell you see
\nWe feel a great deal ,and know a lot more
\nThe farmers they are bad
\nWrongness impropriety
\nWe are always sad<\/p>\n
I guess it\u2019s their lack of pity
\nTotal heartlessness
\nMankind the word that\u2019s often used
\nBut us cows feel the stress
\nThere is not a gram of kindness
\nIn dairy farmers they
\nAre unmoved and totally callous
\nAnd that is everyday<\/p>\n
No quarter given no mercy
\nNo regrets displayed
\nNever a kind word or a gentle pat
\nThat\u2019s ever laid
\nUpon us only black clouds
\nAnd evil and bitchiness and more
\nall the worst intentions
\nAnd we know for sure<\/p>\n
Our food is often mouldy
\nThe drugs they give us make
\nUs sick and sometimes drowsy
\nAnd if we are inclined to flake
\nOut we get the torture
\nTail breaking and the pain
\nOr a quick kick in the udders
\nAnd that feel like a chain<\/p>\n
That reverberates right through us
\nThe acerbity I feel
\nAs a female being milked to death
\nWanting to appeal
\nTo consumers that our punishment
\nFor the effort we give out
\nIs tantamount to beastly
\nand that\u2019s without a doubt<\/p>\n
Many who have gone before me
\nWent to the death camps where
\nTheir throats were split a\u2019sunder
\nAnd their spirits rose to where
\nThe rainbow bridge was up there
\nRainbows and the rest
\nThe place that we all go to
\nWhen we fail the final test<\/p>\n
And now halal has cometh
\nOur trachea cut away
\nThey do not even stun us
\nThey cut us and we pay
\nFor all the slaving we have done

In the barn at even time
\nYou should hear them cry
\nMothers for the their long lost calves
\nAsking cow gods why
\nHathor is the great god
\nProtector so they say
\nWho is creating a karmic debt
\nFor the drinkers every day<\/p>\n
So those now supping cows milk
\nAnd making it into cheese
\nCream and bloody yoghurt
\nIt isn\u2019t the breeze
\nThey thought the fat and cholesterol
\nThe casein and the rest
\nThe bloody antibiotics they feed us
\nWe detest<\/p>\n
But you lot you are getting it
\nSo infections when they come
\nThe bugs inside are immune to it
\nJust like you see how numb
\nYou are to what we tell you
\nBuy another pound
\nEat another choc ice
\nBuy another round<\/p>\n
And ask yourselves why
\nCows remain calm and quiet
\nWhen they
\nAre subjected to such cruelty every single day
\nWhy we don\u2019t show anger
\nWrath or tiz or rage
\nIt\u2019s because we are females
\nWho ancestrally do gauge
\nIt\u2019s better off to remain quiet
\nand take our punishment
\nAbuse and ugly goings on

The repugnance and antipathy
\nThe loathing that\u2019s inside
\nBuggers up our flesh though
\nThe taste and the gristle hide
\nNegativity and pain and cancer inducing too
\nConsumers you should realise
\nWhat the farmers do<\/p>\n
No matter how submissive
\nHow pliant we become
\nStill they bloody abuse us
\nThey reckon that we are dumb
\nStooping bowing scraping
\nDoormats for their abuse
\nTo take out their frustration
\nOn us so we deduce<\/p>\n
