\nSeeing feeling sharing
\nAfrica our home
\nThe bewilderment and amazement
\nOf being allowed to roam
\nThe compliment of Kevin
\nOf his creditable worth
\nOne of the most thoughtful
\nHuman beings on this earth
\nNotable and loving notoriously strong
\nPrincely in the way he played with us
\nAnd all along<\/p>\n
We felt his love it emanated from him
\nEveryday
\nHe talked with us we learned to understand
\nWhat he did say
\nHe learned and knew how we felt
\nOur closeness was our bond
\nour prominence our eminence
\nTogether we were fond
\nOf every breath, share, cuddle
\nPaw tap just spellbound
\nWe had an awesome relationship
\nAnd anyone around
\nCould see and feel and realise
\nHow Meg and I did feel
\nAnd I knew that Kevin knew something
\nHis concern was real<\/p>\n
When I got back he was joyful
\nBut was sad too I just knew
\nHis eyes were wet and he seemed set
\nOn giving us so true
\nOur lives really were noble
\nOur lineage he saw
\nHe raised us like a mother
\nWhich is why we did adore
\nThis particular friend of ours
\nA lion heart one can say
\nA dynasty of dealing
\nAnd appealing and to say
\nOur love for him was everything
\nThat\u2019s wonderful and strong
\nHe gave us wildness
\nIn a land where many things are wrong<\/p>\n
He fought to give us patronage
\nAnd a status in the field
\nNot just feline fodder
\nCommon trophy yield
\nHe showed us true resoluteness
\nAnd his tenacity
\nAnd fighting for the good
\nAnd in that regard we see
\nOur lives as being special
\nUnique unparalleled
\nEncouragement he taught us
\nAnd we both have held
\nA love in our hearts daily
\nFor a man who was a soul
\nAn arbiter of thoughtfulness
\nWho never lost control<\/p>\n
We rejoiced with his intelligence
\nA euphoria was mine
\nAs a resident of the rainbow bridge
\nWhere the sun will always shine
\nI know that Kevin and Meg
\nAre where they are and will always be
\nAnd though I have departed
\nIn my spirit we all run free
\nI am in such good spirits
\nElevated as air be
\nReally in my element
\nSteeped in memory
\nNever forgetting a Kevin voice
\nAnd the true serenity
\nThe pleasures of just being
\nWith Kevin constantly<\/p>\n
He brought much to my life
\nA feel good factor everyday
\nGood meat and conversation
\nHe enthused in every way
\nWe had drama and excitement
\nEncouragement and we
\nWere touched by his procurement
\nAnd susceptibility
\nKevin always cared about us
\nHe loved us which we knew
\nWe were his chosen children
\nOutgrowing him it\u2019s true
\nSo sentient so spirited
\nSo impressible was he
\nHe was an incredible father
