A wolf captured in Patok
\nA mountainous terrain
\nWas brought into a farm
\nAnd put in a cage
\nWhich was a strain<\/p>\n
On the wolf\u2019s abilities
\nAnd Although the farmer fed
\nFood to the wolf thereafter
\nHe wasted it which led<\/p>\n
Neighbours to suggest
\nIt was live food the wolf desired
\nAnd so they bought a donkey
\nand left it there
\nAll fired <\/p>\n
Up that it would then be eaten
\nBut the following day
\nBoth sat in the cage together
\nTo the farmers dismay<\/p>\n
For me a state
\nof weird and wickedness
\nInto how they had made
\nCorrupted by their arrogance
\nAnd clearly had displayed<\/p>\n
Their sick idea that animals
\nDo not have feelings for
\nEach other both feeling great pain
\nWhich humans do ignore<\/p>\n
The animals enjoyed each other\u2019s company
\nApparently
\nAnd after quite a time
\nThe government decreed
\nthat they be<\/p>\n
Released
\nThe wolf back to Patok
\nThe donkey to a space
\nAnd they each lived in their locations
\nWith their wildness and their grace<\/p>\n
From time to time the wolf
\nWould come back
\nto the donkeys field
\nAnd they would clearly chat a while
\nTheir friendship no doubt build<\/p>\n
This is a true life story
\nFrom Albania and they
\nCarried on this friendship
\nFor years or so they say
\nIf animals are able
\nTo perceive as clearly they these
\nTwo
\nof each feeling great pain
\nThen what all of us must do<\/p>\n
Is stop putting animals through such evils, such agony
\nSuch cruelty, for they all feel it profoundly
