A stunning and amazing soul
\nA mountain full of fire
\nAn icy cape a vast great shape
\nOf its beauty I won\u2019t tire
\nIt is close to Riobamba
\nFrom its rocky halo shroud
\nAll kinds of purple at its skirt
\nIt\u2019s voice pronounced out loud<\/p>\n
It rises high above the town extinct
\nOr so they say
\nA majesty of rock and ice
\nTo soothe and save your day
\nAbove surrounding valleys
\nWhere great mists ebb and flow
\nIt really is magnificent
\nWherever you might go
\nFrom the open market
\nWhere artisans display their wares
\nUnder neath a rusty cart
\nA little kitten dares
\nTo show it\u2019s shy sweet face to us
\nAnd we bend down and say
\nHello little kitten how are you today
\nVery lean and sickly looking
\nWith the prettiest eyes
\nWe scooped her up and took her
\nClearly a surprise
\nShe was just a bag of bones
\nspreadeagled on the ground
\nWe took her to a local vet
\nPaid 10 bucks and we found
\nA vet Who said a friend of his
\nWas looking for a cat
\nAnd could he give it to her
\nBoth of us loved that<\/p>\n

\nThis little soul now in control

\nThe vet would actually care for her
\nAnd treat her kindly he
\nSaid he would and that would be good

Were satisfied at least we had made every effort to
\nFind a safer place for her
\nThan huddling in a market place
\nThat was never ever a safe base
\nFor any little kitty all those rusty trucks
\nAnd cart wheels there
