Distracted from the issue
\nThrough inconsideration
\nAn undutifulness by default
\nOr rash procrastination
\nUncaring even reckless
\nCaught napping in a way
\nNeglectful and oblivious
\nLeft to another day<\/p>\n
Loose thinking solecism
\nIrrelevant unbearable
\nBeg the question too
\nargue in a circle
\nIt just has to do
\nShort sighted gullibility
\nThat very jaundiced eye
\nThere is always one in any crowd
\nNo visionaries and why<\/p>\n
Because of the na\u00efvet\u00e9
\nA weakness in the midst
\nJust too much resistance
\nHigh fives get the gist
\nAn inappreciation
\nOf wildness at the core
\nThat obstacle to knowledge
\nAnd what it\u2019s really for<\/p>\n
A real authenticity
\nA genuineness to see
\nOut beyond the corporation
\nAnd the fallacy
\nToo much irrationality
\nAnd a lack of what is right
\nOf compassion and of empathy

It\u2019s good that Massachusetts
\nHave come together they
\nRealise the animals are important
\nAnd the day
\nThat contest for the killing
\nOf creatures everywhere
\nCome to an end which then does send
\nSome distance from despair<\/p>\n
The piles of dead the waste of life
\nTo Imbalance that they cause
\nBlood sports can\u2019t be countenanced
\nThe need is so to pause
\nTo find the Age of Enlightenment
\nBe alert and be aware
\nJust profit from experience
\nAnd finally clear the air<\/p>\n
Hunters there are still a lot
\nTrappers and the hangers on
\nThe Meat Trade and the Fur Trade
\nThe designer classes when they are gone
\nOverboard with the animals parts
\nThat should be out of bounds
\nSoundness of mind is important
\nNow there are good grounds<\/p>\n
For ceasing all this murdering
\nThis torture and this suffering
\nAnimals all should have rights
\nAnd blood sports everywhere
\nMust be banned let\u2019s lift our hand
\nAnd applaud the people who
\nHave seen the light
\nAnd love how bright
\nIt is now that they do<\/p>\n
To the fisheries and wildlife Board
\nAnd to all the people of Massachusetts well done
