Australia had better wake up
\nTo what we all see
\nLive exports being sent abroad
\nInto adversity
\nNeglected on the voyage not fed or watered
\nProperly
\nAnd when they reach the destination
\nMany as we see
\nAre injured or malnourished
\nFarmers don\u2019t seem to care
\nThey ship live souls like cargo
\nAnd the government must share
\nThe blame for they are evidently
\nNeglecting welfare too

It\u2019s absolutely wicked sinful really too

Why the apparent nonchalance
\nWhilst cattle seemingly
\nAre suffering in agony
\nReally this must not be
\nYou have to pull your fingers out
\nAnd create duty of care
\nOr stop the bloody exports
\nBecause it\u2019s far from fair<\/p>\n
As for the farmers well they got their money
\nAnd wipe their hands that really is not good
\nNo respect for the livestock
\nThey are guilty too
\nEverybody should do more and they should
\nJust imagine those poor cows
\nSuffering on the sea
\nRocked about and starving
\nAnd bruised too we must be<\/p>\n
Open, realising that cattle
\nNeed the care
\nThere should be good inspectors
\nOn the voyage to share
\nPhotographs accompanying the bills of lading, we
\nNeed evidence of vile neglect
