\nMali seems to me
\nTo have
\nIt\u2019s share of rubbish dumps
\nAnd mountainous they be
\nWorked by little donkeys
\nWho live each rotten life
\nOf long hours dragging huge weights
\nAnd Causing them such strife.<\/p>\n
They haven\u2019t any rights at all
\nBeaten up and blue
\nMade to work like slaves they are
\nDown the slopes each view
\nThe mounting heaps of rubbish
\nThe smell is off the wall
\nIn the heat they soon are beat
\nAnd many slip and fall<\/p>\n
It\u2019s hell on Earth for all of them
\nThey are degenerating fast
\nBig sores on their shins and legs
\nFor them their die is cast
\nObdurate and unforgiving
\nHalters that they wear
\nCuts into their bodies
\nAnd tears away their hair<\/p>\n
It can be very painful
\nIts truthfully unfair
\nTo see the donkeys suffer
\nWhen many do not care
\nWe have to really feel for them
\nOr four legs it must be
\nReally very dangerous
\nAnd everyone can see<\/p>\n
Them Beaten kicked and spat upon
\nThere\u2019s no respect at all
\nThey create so many victims
\nAnd you can hear them squeal
\nTheir skins all torn and wounded
\nWe can wonder how they feel
\nTheir lives are one long punishment
\nSore from halters that
\nRub all day the skin away
\nThe soreness they are at
\nBreaking point most of them
\nWhat a life to lead
\nWorking
\nLike the clappers
